1. No doubt the main reason it's hard to make money now delivering is Oversaturation.
   I'll explain what I've noticed. (LONG COMMENT)
   If I sign in during the "Peak" times, I sit waiting on an order. And when the wheels ain't turning….we ain't earning. The orders that do come thru, are usually not good. I believe those go to the new dadhers for their 1st 50 orders to get them hooked before they give them the bunk orders. Like a drug dealer does.
   I told u I went back to working this week. I've been doing late nights til sun-up. From between 10/12 – @5am. One day i stayed out till 930. The majority of drivers start at 9am. Shoppers at 6am.
   I took Thursday off. I'm sitting at a little over 800 bucks right now with Uber and doordash. 2days to go.
   By working late, the Oversaturation isn't an issue. The later it gets, the less drivers stay out. Orders come on steady. And there is absolutely NO traffic. Rarely even see a cop. Where I'm working, they only have 2 main restaurants that stay open 24/7. A McDonald's and a Taco Bell. One other Taco Bell closes around 2am. Rarely I'll get a Walgreens or CVS order. And occasionally a Casey's gas station order. Bit with the 2 main ones, I've done good. I sign into doordash by time because the orders are made fresh when we arrive mostly, and drive-thrus are busy for a while. The orders average in excess of 10 dollars every time. And they have to give EBT the tipping orders because no one else is out.
   So this is why I say it's mostly Oversaturation that is screwing pay up.
   My suggestion…Try a late night and see how it works out. I bet u make decent money, and stay busy. Ive only been spending about 25 in gas to over 200.👍
