2. Torp, I'm very proud I did my trade and did my time learning my art. There's no tips in Australia, we expect some international student on a visa to deliver food. Booze is always delivered by an Aussie however.

3. People too damn salty, I had quite a few tips added on just for doing it the right way. I make sure to apologize for busy stores and let them know I give a crap, two times just today they repaid me with message saying tip was added on to last order. Kinda cool when that happens 😁

4. Torp I don't understand all the sympathy Roy is getting for his termination. As far as I'm concerned, if you misrepresent the company, your termination is justified. On his live stream sunday, he sunk to a new level of stupidity when he said the lady's husband didn't do anything about him talking to the lady the way he did. Roy deserved a worse fate than getting fired.

13. I'm a cherry picker and I'll be one until the day i die. I can't deliver to people who don't tip me. My minimum on Doordash is $6.50 depending on the miles, that's it, if that's all base pay then I'll accept that from the non tipper in that circumstance but i have my policy, $6.50 minimum depending on the miles.
