  2. All this stuff yall complain about with these gig apps,gig conference, and pedro.. what have yall done to try to get it fixed? From what i saw there was a legislator who was a former gig worker in attendance. They talked about problems and potential solutions. People like to complain about prop 22 and stuff similar to that in topics about how you can't compare the pay to other markets because of that law… the complaints were at least heard by a government official and she seems to be on gig workers side for that particular state. What have yall done to fix your problems besides beef with food delivery people? But then again, that mentality is a piece of why most these people have the same value of a 22 year old in the work force.

  5. GigCon could’ve been about putting together ideas to send to DoorDash to make life better for dashers also increasing safety and stability for dashers and telling DoorDash we need a better appeals process for deactivation.

    It’s a shame dashers are getting deactivated for taking a 2.25$ basepay offer 4 miles and the customer lies.

    If I was DoorDash I’d be on that dashers side bc they are making them money.

If Pedro and Sara Elizabeth are commenting on a small channel while they have big channels, what the fuck do they care what you have to say? You must of struck a nerve. Pedro and Sara are suckers. What is the gig con doing to help drivers? Can these suckers answer that? For example, tip baiting on UberEATS? Or oversaturated markets? Low base pay? What's the purpose of the convention? It just seems like the gig con is presented to answer these questions on how to help regular drivers that are struggling, but the reality is that the true purpose of the gig con is so that the large channels can suck each other off. It's obvious.
