  4. Was this before or after a Doordash driver entered someone's home illegally, videotaped them illegally, posted it on the Web illegally, and filed false SA allegations against the resident? Why anyone would still use Doordash and pay their inflated prices after that is beyond comprehension.

  8. Even the customers lie to you. I had an offer I accepted earlier last week where I was supposed to pick up a customer on Uber driver. After I picked her up at her apartment complex her final destination was a supermarket. After we arrived at the supermarket she told me to pull into the pick it up reserved spot and I said why, she said you have to take me and my groceries back to my apartment so I can unload. That's not what I signed up for I was supposed to just go from point A to point B and that was it. She manipulated the app and added for me to return her to the apartment building. I unassigned it and talk to Uber about it that was a very bad trip that customer tried to pull on me. It happens that lives on the 4th floor of the apartment building. Could you imagine me having to wait for her to make multiple trips from her apartment back down to the car to retrieve her groceries? No way!

  10. To get the large orders on Doordash you just need to do a lot of deliveries. You need a good driver rating. Then get in the Large Order Program. That's what Google tells you. The link says you need at least 200 deliveries, 100 in the last month. And drive around the better restaurants.

  11. Ill never use food delivery services unless they are actual employees of the food business. There is no accountability with doordash and ubereats. 100% risk for the customer both financial and health. Many of the drivers sample what they are delivering. Tamper with it, spit in it, etc. Its a disgusting business model that caters to lazy low IQ people who dont understand the value of money.

  13. I dash to make money to pay my bills. I been dashing for almost four years now and I learned a ton of stuff.
    DD base pay should be illegal and if they stack it you got screwed by at least one customer besides DD.
    There are people who are ordering stuff but can barely afford it. In my opinion DD is a luxury that is for people with disposable incomes.
    Timing is key too I believe and certain markets will get you better offers and knowing your market and area is key.
    Customer service is the most valuable asset, I keep my customers informed and communicate with them to insure they are happy and delivery is always accurate and punctual. I have hot bags and dress decent for both customers and merchants. They pay a lot for delivery and I pretend that every order is mine. Dashing isn’t hard and I drive a Prius and it saves me a lot on gas. If I didn’t know what I wasn’t doing I would not be dashing. Do your job and do it well or don’t do it. Dashing, watching videos has taught me a ton. There are a ton of things that DD does to us drivers and customers and it doesn’t have to be that way. Dash is in the word DD and you’d think that they would treat all their drivers good so the deliveries get done. Win win win for everyone, makes sense right

  19. If you do this for a living then you are going to wear your car out! Even if you make good money how can get ahead when your car will have to be replaced or constantly repaired to keep running? If they deactivate you then just move on and get a W2 job and never look back!
