SYNOPSIS
Dr. Maggie Belham is a psychiatrist who is assigned to evaluate a serial killer known as the Trasher. He is a disfigured man with a sadistic personality, also incredibly intelligent and resourceful. She travels to the asylum where the Trasher is being held with a few staff members. Dr. Belham meets with the Trasher in a secure room to interview him, but he quickly turns the tables on her escaping from the room. She is now trapped in the asylum with the Trasher. She must use all of her resources to survive.
